During the colder months, before the sharks show up, we offer a Introductory fishing trip for all ages! Catching a verity of smaller species of fish (with the occasional larger one) is the perfect way for people to get HOOKED! Teaching someone to fish and to share a lifelong passion for the sport is one of our Captains favorite things to do!

Shark Trips- From May to October
The ultimate predator, sharks have captured the minds and attention of anglers world wide. In Hilton Head Island, SC we have sharks swimming in every body of water we fish in from 12 inches to 100 feet of water.
Catching shark might be the most exhilarating experience for any angler at any age. Tale Hunter Charters pursue sharks in the shallows and the reefs. Reeling in the predator of the sea is exciting and interesting. Once landed a shark really opens up an opportunity for all to see how the shark acts and learn their feeding habits.
Our shark charters are done in the calm waters of the Port Royal Sound in Hilton Head where the scenery and the fish are amazing.
Get up close and personal to these amazing fish. We can take 1-6 persons on board our vessel. Anglers can use regular conventional tackle, it’s all provided to you with the cost of our Hilton Head Island shark charter.
Skill Levels
Beginner to experienced levels are welcome on our shark charters. We can entertain the most seasoned anglers by increasing the technical nature of fishing or make it super easy for less experienced anglers by pursuing an easy quarry.
