Normally found on most local restaurant menus, Blackened Fish tacos are a favorite for lunch or dinner! But why order them when you can make them?!
To blacken your fresh catch simply sprinkle filets with a blackening seasoning (we use “Redfish Magic”) and pan fry with a touch of oil.
To make the Mango salsa follow the recipe below!
2 medium ripe mangos, peeled, pitted, and diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
2 medium tomatoes, Diced,
1/3 cup diced red onion
1 jalapeno, seeded and minced
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
Salt and pepper, to taste Enjoy!
